Integrations are configured on the server by your VROOM administrator. Credentials are never entered into documents, tickets or chat, and changes are tested on a copy before going live. Current statuses are listed on the Integrations page.
What to prepare
| Integration | What your business provides |
|---|---|
| RTA TARS (Salik, parking, Dubai fines) | Official API / provider credentials issued to your business |
| Darb (Abu Dhabi tolls) | Official provider / API access |
| Pilot GPS | An authorised Pilot GPS account, with devices installed in your vehicles |
| A Meta business account, the official Cloud API connection and approved message templates | |
| AI assistant | An AI provider account and key |
| DocuSign | A DocuSign account (not configured today) |
| An authorised mailbox for sending |
How it goes live
- Tell your VROOM contact which integration you need.
- Apply for the access, account or approval with the provider.
- Your administrator configures it on the server and tests it on a non-production copy.
- It is switched on for your installation once data or messages flow correctly.
Until an integration is configured, VROOM does not retrieve or send anything through it. For example, WhatsApp attempts are logged as skipped and fines and tolls are entered by your team.
