This policy explains how VROOM Auto Business Suite (“VROOM”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through this website, vroomsuite.com. Data that our customers store inside their own VROOM workspace is covered by their agreement with us and our Data Processing Agreement.
What we collect
When you use a form on this website (book a demo, contact sales, request a plan or an enterprise enquiry) we collect the details you enter: your name, work e-mail, company, phone number, country, approximate fleet size, preferred contact method, the plan and billing period you choose, and your message. We also record the page the form was sent from, the time, and a reference number.
To protect the forms from abuse, our server briefly processes your IP address to limit repeated submissions. It is stored only as a one-way keyed hash and is deleted automatically.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not build profiles of visitors. See our Cookie Policy.
Why we use it
- To respond to your request, arrange a demo or prepare a quote — based on your request and your consent given on the form.
- To keep a record of enquiries and the commitments we make to you.
- To protect the website and our systems from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.
Who receives it
Form submissions are delivered to our sales team by e-mail and/or to our customer management system, and may be stored in a private file on our web server. Our hosting and e-mail service providers process this data on our behalf under their own security obligations.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records — unless you become a customer, in which case your agreement applies. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you — including, where relevant, the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data — you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, or to withdraw your consent. Use the contact form and we will respond.
Security
Forms are sent over HTTPS, validated on the server, protected against automated abuse, and secrets used by the website are kept outside the public web folder.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change, and change the date at the top.
