1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website. Your use of the VROOM application is governed by your order form and subscription agreement with us. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement applies.

2. Using this website

• Information on this website describes VROOM in general terms. Screens shown use synthetic demonstration data, and illustrative views are labelled as such.
• Integration availability is shown with a status. Integrations marked “Configuration required”, “Not configured”, “Provider not selected” or “Planned” are not active until the stated conditions are met.
• Do not misuse the website: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or submit forms automatically or with false information.

3. Subscriptions in outline

• Plans are offered with monthly or yearly billing, or as a quoted Enterprise arrangement, as confirmed in your order form.
• Fees are exclusive of VAT, which is added where it applies.
• Third-party services — such as GPS hardware and subscriptions, WhatsApp messaging, SMS, AI provider usage and government or provider access — are your responsibility and are billed by those providers.
• Your business data remains yours.
• Cancellation and refunds follow your order form and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. No professional advice

VROOM supports tax invoicing, VAT reporting and accounting from your records. It does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice and is not certified by any government authority. Confirm treatments with your own advisers.

5. Intellectual property

The VROOM name, logo, website content and software are protected. Names of third-party organisations and services are used only to describe integrations and do not imply partnership or endorsement.

6. Liability

The website is provided for information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of website content.
