Buying VROOM
Who is VROOM for?
Car rental companies of all sizes — daily and weekly rental counters, luxury and exotic fleets, long-term leasing, multi-branch operators, and businesses working with fleet investors and brokers. Car rental is the core use case the product is built around.
Can we pay monthly or yearly?
Yes. Every standard plan is offered with monthly or yearly billing, and Enterprise is quoted. Current prices are confirmed on the pricing page or in your quote.
Is there a free trial?
There is no self-serve trial today. Instead, we run a live demo on demonstration data that follows your own rental workflow, so you see the parts that matter to you before you commit.
What costs are not included in the subscription?
Third-party services are billed by their providers: GPS hardware and Pilot GPS subscriptions, WhatsApp messaging charges from Meta, SMS, AI provider usage and any government or provider access fees. Data migration, custom development and extended training are quoted separately.
Can we cancel?
Cancellation terms depend on your billing period and are set out in your order form and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Setup & migration
How long does it take to get started?
It depends on how much you bring across — vehicles, customers, open agreements and opening balances — and which integrations you need. We agree a plan and timeline with you after the demo rather than promising a number up front.
Can we bring data from our current system?
Yes. Vehicles, customers and open agreements can be brought across, and your accountant’s balances are entered through Opening Balances. Older historical records are kept separate as Historical / unverified, so your new ledger starts clean.
Will VROOM look like our company?
Yes. Branding & Appearance sets your name, logos, colours, fonts and document headers across the CRM, e-mails and every printed document, with a private preview before you save.
Do we need to install anything?
No. VROOM runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone. Your staff sign in with their own logins.
Product
Does VROOM handle UAE VAT?
VROOM produces tax invoices in the documented UAE format, records VAT type per line, separates recoverable input VAT and prepares a VAT return by box for your FTA-assigned periods. It supports your filing; it does not replace your accountant and is not government certified.
Do the RTA and Darb integrations work out of the box?
No. VROOM is integration-ready for RTA TARS (Salik, parking and Dubai fines) and Darb, but both need official provider access and credentials issued to your business before any data is retrieved. Until then, your team records or imports charges.
Is the interface available in Arabic?
The application and its documentation are in English today. Tax invoices carry the bilingual TAX INVOICE / الفاتورة الضريبية title.
Can investors log in?
Yes, through a separate investor portal. Investors only see their own statements and never reach the main CRM.
Does VROOM support vehicle sales or workshops?
No. VROOM is built for rental and leasing operations. Maintenance holds and costs are tracked on the vehicle, but there is no vehicle sales or workshop management module.
Security & data
Who can see what?
Access is set per role and enforced on the server. Identity documents need a separate sensitive-documents permission, and every export and document download is logged.
Can someone change posted accounts?
No. Posted accounting entries are never edited or deleted. Corrections are made by reversal, so the history stays intact.
Where is our data hosted?
Hosting arrangements, backups and data location are confirmed for your installation during onboarding. Ask us for details before you sign.
Do you hold security certifications?
We do not claim third-party security certifications. We can walk you through the controls built into the product and the hosting arrangements for your installation.
