Evidence originals kept
Large photos are reduced automatically, but for receipts, payment proofs, damage photos and signed agreements the untouched original is kept as well.
Private and logged
Files are private, every download is logged, and identity documents need a sensitive-documents permission.
Unsafe files refused
Programs, scripts, Office files with macros and files whose content does not match their type are rejected. The rest of the upload still saves.
A QR code on every invoice
Scanning opens a read-only page showing the invoice as first issued, then any credit notes, amendments or cancellation.

Invoice issued
The first print, PDF, e-mail or WhatsApp fixes the “as issued” version.
QR generated
The invoice gets its own permanent verification code.
Recipient scans
The code opens a read-only plain-text page.
Status confirmed
The page shows the issued details and any later credit note, amendment or cancellation.

What the QR page never shows
- Customer phone, e-mail or address
- Bank details
- Plate number
- Notes or payments
- Full name of an individual (shortened, e.g. “Ahmed H.”)
The QR page is VROOM’s own verification of the invoice it issued. It is not government verification or proof of e-invoicing compliance. If an official UAE service is introduced, a server setting can point the same printed codes to it.

What if we change an invoice after sending it?
The QR page keeps the first-issued details and shows the change as an amendment. The issued details are never rewritten.
Can someone download our invoices from the QR page?
No. The page is read-only plain text with only the minimum details needed to verify the document.
