Works through supported actions
The assistant can only use the CRM actions it has been given. It does not have unrestricted access to your database or your business information.
Your permissions still apply
A counter agent asking about finance sees what a counter agent is allowed to see. The assistant inherits the user’s role.
Nothing changes without a yes
When a request would create or change a record, the assistant prepares it and asks staff to confirm.
Every conversation is accountable
Assistant activity is recorded in the Assistant Log, so administrators can review what was asked and what was done.

Which AI model does VROOM use?
VROOM connects to a third-party AI provider configured for your installation, such as Google Gemini. This is a technical integration, not a partnership.
Is our data used to train the AI?
That depends on the provider’s terms for the account used. We review the provider’s data-handling options with you during setup.
Can the assistant delete records?
The assistant can only perform supported actions, and changes require confirmation from a user who has permission to make them.
