No. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.
Third-party services are billed by their providers: GPS hardware and Pilot GPS subscriptions, WhatsApp messaging from Meta, SMS, AI provider usage and any government or provider access fees. Data migration, custom development and extended training are quoted separately.
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades are arranged with our team and take effect from the next billing period unless agreed otherwise in your order form.

Once you choose a plan we confirm your order form and invoice you. Online card checkout is not available on this website yet; you will never be asked for card details through a form here.
